Wrong Way!

'Wrong Way!' is a game where you must avoid cars coming in the opposite direction. It is currently in the prototype stage and I am trying to see if the concept is fun and worth pursuing. I would really appreciate any comments or suggestions as to gameplay elements or look and feel of the game.
